Jason Horton

Mississippi-born Jason Horton got his introduction to the Southern avant garde when he fell in with a group of New Orleans performance artists at the tender age of 17. After a stint as their costumer designer, he relocated to Atlanta where he applied his theatrical flair to loft murals (with costumes to match). These murals soon made their way onto canvases and into parlors, studios, and nightclubs. In a very fitting career progression, Jason has also achieved renown as a frame designer.
